Hi Everyone!
The news from Peoria tonight is not good news!
Jim continues to fall daily! After the last IVIG treatment last Sunday he was moved to a regular room, the main reason they did this was they needed his room in ICU. Monday they started Steroid treatments again. Monday and Tuesday we saw little change. On Wednesday we saw some change for the worse. Thursday even more change. In fact they did another MRI to check to see if they missed something. They also ran blood test, because of a false positive for Lupus. Tonight they feel it is not Lupus. Today again more change and they put in a port and started Plasma Pharisees.
To make it simple for everyone, Jim’s right arm and hand can barely more and most of that is the hand. The left arm from elbow down can move a little more. The legs can move the feet but not the rest of the legs. For those who need to know #1 and #2 are working fine, (yesssssssssss). Talking, head moving are fine. Except now the port near the neck on the right front shoulder does not agree with Jim so he does not move his head much. He no longer can feed himself, but eat well. Pizza was the food tonight.
Attitude, Belief he will be fine are a challenge right now! Might be his biggest challenge. I have a request and maybe it will help. I would like to see anyone and everyone start sending cards. I think Jim needs to know a lot of people are praying for him and most of all there are People who just plain Care about Him. Trust me on this one, the card does not need to say much except that is has a name on it from someone. Please take a couple min. every couple days and send Jim some encouragement.

I tried to keep this short and this is the last one, Jim’s best friend at home Sir Barley misses his Master. A prayer for the grand dog would not hurt either
