Good Morning!
I am going to try and keep these updates shorter.
First thanks for all the prayers and calls.
Jim has spent his second night in ICU intermediate care. He has had is second IVIG and they took away the prednisone. Jim did not leave the bed yesterday. Just incredible, Wednesday morning he walked in to get his haircut and Thursday night he can not even walk. Yesterday he could not even stand by the side of the bed. As he laid in be he could not raise his legs off the bed. His arms are a struggle to get his hand to his mouth. Right now the biggest blessing is his breathing is very normal.
The doctor did not come in yesterday, very frustrating for both Jim and Jenny. Esp. when they promise they will be in. Sad part is no game plan that they know of for today.
Jim’s Dad (Mike), Mookie and Sister Charlie drove up safely(praise God) from Tenn. 12 hours and they all said it was very long.
Everyone thinks he is worse last night vs the start of the morning. But he is not falling as fast as he did from Wednesday morning to Thursday.
Patience, patience, patience would be the #1 prayer request.
Knowledge for the Doctors and Nurses to help them figure out a recovery plan.
Strength for Jim for fight off depression and anxiety.
Safe travel for tomorrow for Mike, Mookie and Charlie.
Thanks again to everyone for your prayers.
John
